가짜 Tesla 차량 데이터를 Kafka에 produce → 백엔드 파이프라인(consumer/archiver/DB) 검증용. 모든 시뮬 차량 VIN은 SIM- 접두사로 격리, 차량 목록에서 default로 숨겨짐.
VIN 강제: SIM- 접두사 + 1~13자 (영문 대문자/숫자/하이픈). 총 ≤17자. 최대 20개
